Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Dr Hafiz Muheet Farooq, orthopaedic surgeon, who consults at Masood Hospital, Garden Town / Kalma Chowk, Lahore. This policy explains what happens to information you share through it.

What this website collects

Browsing the site does not require you to give any personal information. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and reliability.

The appointment request form

The form asks for your name, a contact number, a preferred date, the main reason for your visit and an optional message. It is used only to contact you about an appointment.

• When you submit the form, your request opens in WhatsApp, already written. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy then applies to that message.
• If the clinic later enables email delivery, the request is passed to a form-delivery service that emails it to the clinic. This policy will name that service when it is enabled.

Please share only what is needed to arrange your consultation. Do not send detailed medical records through the form; bring reports to your visit or share them privately when the clinic asks.

Phone, WhatsApp and email

If you call, message or email the clinic (0316-1941426, osjc.drmuheet@gmail.com), the information you share is used to arrange and provide your care, and is kept confidential.

Google Maps

The map on the contact page loads from Google only when you choose “Show map”, and the directions links open Google Maps. Google’s privacy policy applies when you use them.

Your choices

You can ask what information the clinic holds about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted where the law allows, by writing to osjc.drmuheet@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
